You can tell a lot about a place by how they handle situations that go wrong. In this case, my order went missing and when I realized it hadn't been delivered I reached out to check in. The shop immediately responded back and started researching, spent over an hour on the phone with USPS trying to track it down, and kept me in the loop through the entire process. They have a GREAT selection of yarn. The gals who were in the store crafting seemed a little more welcoming/helpful than the lady working did. Perhaps I came in at the wrong time, but based on the employees demeanor, I felt like she was rather cold towards me.
If you need yarn, it's the store for you.
I took the beginning knitting class here. It was so fun, and helped me get started!
