We work hard to satisfy all of our customers needs. We stand behind our business, our name and our reputation even when we make a mistake. Client that made a purchase of air compresser that was listed as new working. When we tested unit it appeared to turn on and work correctly. This unit was never used. When client got it home it did not hold air even though it turned on and worked. BUYER BEWARE!!! They have a disclaimer that says, in part, that there are NO warranties, and products are sold as is . I get that. They also list items as new in box , leading a person to believe that the item is NEW IN BOX........not so! I recently won a compressor that had a new in box listing. When I got to my house and checked it out, the only thing that was working was the motor. There is no air going into the tank and now I need to send this thing to Porter-cable and have it repaired.
