Grandmother's Dream This store is a grandmother's dream. Many pretty little items for the grandkids and kids. Toys, clothing, accessories, candy. Resort pricing. Fun to shop. Very unique items, especially the clothing. For the granddaughter with everything, you'll find something else she doesn't need, but must have. In Historic District of Flat Rock NC.
The Porch with its rockers set the stage for the Wrinkled Egg My husband and two teen daughters loved poking at The Wrinkled Egg on our way from a vacation in Tennessee back to Greenville, SC. My daughter had been given a Wrinkled Egg T-shirt from a mentor friend, so when I told her we were going to pass the actual shop, she wanted to stop. We had fun browsing, and I ended up buying a great wooden and glass candle holder for tealights, It's sitting on the mantle, where I light it every night. They don't value customers Customer service disappointing, for the price point of the items in this boutique, I expected more. Have been here many,many times, and have been a good customer. Today I asked for 2 items to be gift wrapped and was denied (by the owner in fact) because the items were on sale, and was scolded because it would cost them money to wrap the items...!!!! I did spend almost $50....!! I'm sorry but tissue paper and a plastic bag (advertising your business) do not cost that much, and to lose a valued custo... read more
