The drivers and Dee are all very considerate and caring with my husband. He is paralyzed and uses a power wheelchair. They are all helpful with directing his steering and making sure he is comfortable.

I booked a trip with The Wright Medical Transportation,LLC I couldn’t be happier! Customer service would be 10 stars if I could. They sent me a driver that was not only polite mannered, punctual, but he was very also caring! When I explained a few things to him he was very concerned which was touching. I was using the service for a love one and Mr. Charles Edwin was nothing but a kind and human being that made it so worth using this company. I will use them again and I recommend it.
