I ordered two pair of shoes, put it on my credit card, after 8 to 10 trips to the store in one month, and lie after lie about where the shoes were, shoes didn't come in, but I was given a credit that was done "offline" so it never hit my credit card account. I don't believe these shoes were ever ordered and I was conned from day one. Am now fighting my credit card company to not be charged for shoes I didn't receive.
I would not advise my worst enemy to go shop there. I went in to LOOK at boots, saw a pair but had some questions. I was GUARANTEED that if they did not fit or if ANYTHING was wrong I could get a full refund. When the boots came in, they did not fit properly, when I requested my money back the owner/proprietor refused to A) return my money, B) order me a new pair, C) contact the company they were ordered from. This - has the worst customer service skills of any I have EVER seen.
