The woman that conducted most of my physical exam(hearing, vision and moving weights) today was really fun and engaging. Made the exam go by fast. Wish I remembered her name!
Was on hold for 36 minutes and nobody ever picked up after they said it would be “brief.” I called on another line and they picked up right away. What’s up with that? Get your act together front desk lady
Came in for a simple uscg drug test which they said would take 24-78hrs. It’s been 3 weeks now and they still have not sent me anything for it. I’ve sent emails and called with no response. Got a hold of someone at the front desk once who promised me an email right after I got off the phone. Nothing. Do not use this place!
Dr. Nayan was great, staff was friendly. Good experience.
