This is my second time working with Josh and if I could give 10 stars I would! Josh pulled double duty as he helped my wife and I buy a second property in addition to assisting us with securing a rental property. When it was down to the wire, Josh assured us our application would go through and it did. His advice is always on point as he's very knowledgeable about the market. I couldn't ask for a better broker and I will never go to anyone else.
