I used Woolenwear for my companies apparel and swag. Quality was great. The price was right. Overall very happy with the experience.
Extremely bad customer service and quality of product. It took 1 month longer than what they promised, to finish the t-shirts and tank tops I brought to them. In that extra month, they wouldn't answer the calls, and when they responded, the owner was super rude, trying to make me feel guilty that I keep "pressing" them to finish. When I finally got the t-shirts and tank tops back, half of them were ruined, because the print was not clear or not straight (we're talking about one color print, nothing complicated). Awful customer service....I called to inquire about what services they offer. I was rudely rushed off the phone by the woman who answered....she offered very little to no information about their services. It's understandable if your busy you can always schedule a call back time for a potential customer
