Excellent service and beautiful thermals! I had a wonderful experience ordering from this wool shop. My thermals arrived much earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. Featuring only natural fibres, this store has known brands and their own dyed yarns and slivers for spinning or felting. The staff were lovely, helpful and attentive! Will absolutely be back.
I went in looking for a knitting implement from my childhood. The lady was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. She had the tool and explained it is not made how we all remember. When she showed it to me, she didn't make me feel like I had to buy it and suggested to keep looking. There was no pressure. Customer service from back in the day, when people made time for you.
Ordered some needles and wool online for needle felting. They were quickly dispatched. The wool is very soft and high quality and I am enjoying felting with it! Some of the needles went missing in transit and the team was very helpful and has replaced them. I will definitely be ordering from here again :)
