Ordered some needles and wool online for needle felting. They were quickly dispatched. The wool is very soft and high quality and I am enjoying felting with it! Some of the needles went missing in transit and the team was very helpful and has replaced them. I will definitely be ordering from here again :)
Highly recommend. I have been using their wool for a year now and last week made a silly mistake and ordered twice. They immediately refunded one order without any issue and money arrived back the next day. They are exceedingly polite and helpful and the quality of their wool is fantastic! Prices are also great!!
