I regularly walk in with an idea & ish measurements. Without fail I can rely on the staff to talk through the project and off I go with my 10ft slabs in my little honda. The quality of the product is best in town, but I will always come back for the sexism free customer service experience!
We’ve made three orders from them now, and each one came warped. On the third order, we confronted them on a warped and misglued $600 table top. It had been made with 2x2 pine which didn’t line up, and it was so warped that it rocked up and down when we placed it. We were told that this is the natural characteristics of pine and we could always expect it to warp, but that they’d give us a new glue up if we’d like.
