Ordered something online that I needed urgently. They shipped it immediately and via express post so it arrived in time which they didn’t need to do. It was carefully packaged and they took the time to email me the tracking information. I’m in Sydney but would definitely purchase again from this shop and hope to visit in person one day!
My friend had a horrendous accident outside on church street this morning, and the lovely lady who came out to make sure he was okay and offered us water was so kind!! it’s very rare to see that kindness these days, it didn’t go unnoticed. Wow! I am blown away by the excellent service I have received. I am in Brisbane and yesterday ordered a pair of Salt Water sandals for my daughter as a Christmas gift (which I had not noted in my order) they have just arrived (that’s within 24 hours from Melbourne!) and they’re beautifully gift wrapped also🫶🏻Thank you so much. Just wonderful to receive such exceptional service in a world where service is going down the gurgler. I will be browsing your online store in the future to shop again🎄
