I pray for the patients in this facility. They along with my loved one is not getting the quality of care they so dearly deserve. If you can, please find some where else for your loves one.
Let me preface by saying that I don’t discount that some may actually receive quality care here. Perhaps they do. But that’s not my story to tell. Our experience, personally, was not good… I do not recommend. There are so many variables at play here which I know must contribute to things being the way they are in this and other facilities like it. My Mother is a resident at the Woods.. I cannot be happier with the way she has been treated by the folks there. She is so happy, and for that I cannot repay them. I love this place, and I respect each and every employee that has served my Mom. God Bless this place, and may God bless them in the future. update…. The Woods has been bought by another corporation, and the care has went SOUTH - not in a good way. We took my Mom out of the Woods due to poor treatment, and neglect.
