Terrible. Awful narcistic business manager runs the place so no interest in welfare or anything that she doesn't actually believe or agree with. CQC have reinspected and actually called in safeguarding due to their concerns, as did social services. Needs new management and staff. Few of whom understand English - even shift leads couldn't make them understand. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
