I echo many 1 star reviews here. The front desk is a barrier to entry for this practice. I called once and thought maybe I got someone in a bad mood, which happens and is understandable. Waited a few days and called back. Same experience: very unprofessional, unpleasant and dismissive. That is not the kind of vibe you would want around your healing journey!
My niece attended this office for pt and the staff was nothing short of amazing , she healed up quick and every time I went in to wait the front desk was great company and the waiting area was a plus with the free coffee .Definitely recommend this location.
Front desk girl is SUPER RUDE!!! She back talked me about my appointment and then wouldn’t let me set it. Needs to be terminated immediately
