My experience here was absolutely awful. When you first come into to a clinic the first impression is always the receptionist and trust me my first and last visit I will definitely be remembering this for the rest of my life..honesty the whole interaction and way that this receptionist acted towards me is unbelievable and she should be talked to..I came in for a visit recently and she had a very rude attitude towards me as if she didn’t want to be there at work and I was the problem. I’m so glad I chose Woodlands Physical Therapy to help me recover from an injury. Every staff person, from the receptionist to the therapists, has been excellent. Professional, friendly, and caring, they have given me both knowledgeable and helpful support throughout each session. If you need physical therapy, Woodlands PT will do a fantastic job!
Been coming to therapy for 2 months after surgery. The staff and therapist are super attentive. Front desk personnel, Leslie and Natalia are super friendly. I could have chosen to use my VA hospital instead but after the first visits, I was sold. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work.
Their communication is awful. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. I finally asked for an update, and they informed me the doctor was at lunch, so it would be a while. The communication might have been better if the receptionist was actually doing her job rather than talking on her cell phone the whole time about a nephew's birthday that was coming up and was a three hour drive away. After just having surgery, the same day, the last thing I want to do is sit here for hours.
