This review is for the Rehab pt Team only. My experience with the Rehab team was above and beyond priceless. Vickie was there each day to instruct me, guide me, and encourage me of each step I took to recover from my hip surgery. My mother was referred to this facility following surgery, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply concerning and fell far below acceptable standards of care. Due to the issues described below, we made the decision to discharge her within 12 hours of admission. Following surgery, my mother was unable to walk unassisted. Despite this, she was provided only with a wheelchair—no walker or bedside commode was made available. She was instructed to use the call button for assistance when needed. The rehabilitation team was awesome. They gave me the motivation to complete the therapy. I appreciate Jeanne, Pios and Kelsey. If I need rehab again I will choose The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Generally the nursing staff was kind and caring. Thanks y'all!
