We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The nurses kept his many medications regulated. Jody, a wound care nurse, took exceptional care of the wounds on David's heels, they were fin... read more

I do not recommend this facility for your loved ones. During my experience, I witnessed consistent neglect of residents. Staff would leave individuals alone in their rooms for hours without routine check-ins. Some residents remained unclean, still sitting in urine and feces from previous shifts. Even after repeatedly requesting baths, many were ignored. Laundry practices were unsanitary-residents' clothes were all washed together, regardless of skin conditions. Cases of shingles and other health concerns were not communicate... read more
It is difficult when a loved one suffers an injury or health condition that requires a stay in a skilled nursing facility. After speaking with another facility that provides a higher level of care than what we required, they referred us to The Woodlands Nursing and Rehab Center. You hear horror stories of people being mistreated and want to make sure your loved one does not have to experience anything like that, especially w... read more
