Don’t let the looks of the building fool you this is a nice place as far as the looks go but I worked at this place and boy must a say ms.pat believes in hiding everything from the loves ones she doesn’t like for the workers too talk the family members when they ask questions to the caregivers about there love ones she wants them to respond with ask them questions to the higher up she have a no gossip policy but talks about any and everybody including the paying residents and there family this place needs a better leadership... read more
Very nice facility Ms.pat is a kind hearted person but her sidekick Shamya aka the lead don’t have no managing skills talks to every one she comes in contact with crazy including the residents & her co workers the ones she is suppose to be over no workers last here long once pat get rid of Shamya the turn over rate wouldn’t be high be mindful because the lead love hiding information from love ones take it from a ex employee

We are very pleased with Woodlands Memory Care. After several stays at different care facilities in the area this one has been our favorite. The staff is caring and attentive and the Director is always quick to respond and has been an invaluable resource for bettering my Mom's care. The food is also top-notch! Woodlands Memory Care has been such a blessing to our family during a very difficult time!
