Very nice facility Ms.pat is a kind hearted person but her sidekick Shamya aka the lead don’t have no managing skills talks to every one she comes in contact with crazy including the residents & her co workers the ones she is suppose to be over no workers last here long once pat get rid of Shamya the turn over rate wouldn’t be high be mindful because the lead love hiding information from love ones take it from a ex employee
We are very pleased with Woodlands Memory Care. After several stays at different care facilities in the area this one has been our favorite. The staff is caring and attentive and the Director is always quick to respond and has been an invaluable resource for bettering my Mom's care. The food is also top-notch! Woodlands Memory Care has been such a blessing to our family during a very difficult time!
This facility is one of the cleaniest facilities I have been in. In addition to it being clean the staff is outstanding. They treat each patient like they are family.
Facility is beautiful. Staff are wonderful 😊.
They have the most wonderful caregivers that love their clients. My husband will be with 2 years come October 2024. Pat the owner has been instrumental in guiding me through the process for my husband’s Alzheimer’s. I would never had made it by myself without their care and wisdom on how to care for the elderly and memory patients.
