They hold back your medication,lie to you, treat you like your a piece of crap, don't care, yell at you. If you have a loved one please do yourself and them a favor and run as far as you can from this place!! All they care about is getting paid. The one nurse leader *( Shanna) told me she spends $800 on a pair of shoes!! Can you even imagine that? I know that I can't!!! As I can't even buy a loaf of bread. Shame shame on them!!! Fantastic staff I’m a mom and it’s like having a few taking care of u.
Excellent rehabilitation facility. My Mom has been going there for rehab after a fall or break after hospitalization since they first opened. Beautiful peaceful wooded surroundings & walk paths. Wonderful staff & facilities Fresh cooked daily meals. Excellent physical therapists. Even a great hair salon so she looks & feels pretty when she returns home. Thank you John Knox.
My grandma was in the Ibis section at The Woodlands for rehab for about 4 weeks after a hospital stay for a fall. She had a broken shoulder with no use of 1 arm. I have unfortunately had experience with many rehabs in broward county so I’m providing a review on The Woodlands compared to many others. I’ll start with appearance.
