STAY AWAY. SUPER DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Our loved one said food is AWFUL. We never received any feedback from any physical therapist, nurse or doctor. I was able to observe physical therapy one day - the therapist would give instructions and go get on their phone and leave the patient to do (or not do) their exercises. Then one day out of the blue, we get a call that our loved one is being discharged. I’ve been in several surgical rehabilitation facilities throughout my life (8) and I’ve never written about them, only because my mom always said “ if you can’t say something nice, say nothing” well now I have to speak! I’ve not had a cleaner, nicer appearance room and the staff are absolutely top notch! My 89 year old grandmother came here after her knee surgery. She loved the food, and loved getting out into the botanical gardens which surrounded the entire village. She said it was stunning!
