The woodlake exceeded my expectation in many aspects, caring kind team, great medical support by professional nurses, wonderful meals by skilled Chef, im very grateful to each and everyone who is taking good care of precious senior people.

I am extremely disappointed with The Woodlake Senior Living regarding a $3,500 deposit I paid. On June 13, I submitted a formal refund request via email, following instructions provided by a staff member named Steve, who stated the refund would be processed within 30 days.
