I have been meaning to write a review for months. I had a delightfully tranquil and relaxing spa day. Kelly did my massage, Alle did my facial and Ray did a pedicure. While each staff member did a great job on my services. Ray stood out and was particularly sweet, friendly and gave me one of the most thorough scrub and exfoliations during the pedicures that I have ever received. My feet were sparkling! I would not give this place any stars!! Don't waste your time coming here. I had an appointment at 9 AM the person that was supposed to open the spa didn't show up until 9:20. I sat in the quite room for about an hour until someone came to do my pedicure. Sheri who did my facial was awesome! I was supposed to get a massage but the massage therapist wasn't available and the other massage therapist was fully booked. They have horrible customer service!! DO NOT GO HERE! Their "Manager" just called me back after I had been emailing them to schedule an appointment for 3 women, I was told we could schedule Saturday Dec 5th at 9am. The manager just called, told me no, she would not honor that, she couldn't just hire more staff, told me to have a great day and literally hung up on me. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND???? HORRIBLE MANAGER AND I HOPE YOU LOSE YOUR JOB. CUSTOMER SERVICE PAYS YOUR PAYCHECK #youneedarealitycheck
