As a massage therapist, I am quite picky about massage. I’m not typically a spa person, but I LOVE this place. It is special in every way. Everyone who works there is so nice. The front desk is helpful and warm. Every massage therapist and esthetician I’ve seen is highly skilled, kind, and genuinely caring. Always love the atmosphere. Has fast great service. I'm never disappointed. However don't use Google maps because the directions are way off, get the cross streets from the staff, that's how I find them
Had a relaxing, calming massage preceded by a soft brush exfoliation. The spa is a very pleasant building and location.
We initially had a good time there on a day date for my wife and I but when her nail chipped within a day of getting them things fell apart. She called to let them know and see if she could try to get it fixed and the lady on the phone also told of a story of how she had gotten her daughter a manicure there and had the same thing happen. Almost like it was acceptable that this happened and happened often. She then went today (9/12) to get them fixed and they told her 8 out of her 10 nails needed to be fixed… but that the oth... read more
