I took my mother to woodhouse spa for her 80th Birthday and for the amount of money I spent over ($700.00) I was a bit disappointed. We had a 1/2 day package with lunch. Our salads were warm and what was supposed to be hot was not. The spa area was very dark and very relaxing then you go into a pedicure room with football stadium lights it was a bit much. Snapped me right out of that relaxation mode. My aesthetician was very unseasoned for a high end spa and needed more professional training if going to Charge those prices. ... read more

My First visit to Woodhouse today. The ambience and Staff seemed nice. But, the Men’s changing area was small. There’s no distance between lockers and only ONE shower and toilet!!! I was told I could use the Restaurants restroom around the corner. Since the restroom was being used the entire time after my massage. A suggestion let’s give the Guys some room and a few more toiletries options after a day at the Spa

I had been a long time customer of the Woodhouse Day Spa, until last week! I had scheduled an 80 minute service, but when I arrived at the Spa, I was told it was a 50 minute service. When I got upstairs, I specifically asked my Service Provider how long the service was. She said 80 minutes. When I checked out, I paid for the service and left. Twenty minutes after I left I received a call from the Woodhouse stating they charged me for a 50 minute service and they needed to add onto my charge card to cover an 80 minute se... read more

This was my first time at Woodhouse Day Spa. I chose the back, neck and Shoulder treatment. It was heavenly! Sabrina was my spa massager. She was very conscientious of how much pressure I would enjoy. She also gave me a quick foot massage! I felt so relaxed when I was finished. The atomosphere is very nice. I felt comfortable even with Covid 19. Sign up was easy and I had a gift card to use which was easy as well. I will definately go back even though I did not initially think I would like a massage!

My mother and I had the unfortunate experience of being indirectly ousted from The Woodhouse Day Spa today, which was supposed to be a birthday gift from my husband. Immediately after we kindly specified our preference for two female therapists, one of the more ambiguous-looking therapists became visibly offended, assumed a defensive, angry stance, pointed at herself and yelled, "I AM a female!!!!" Terrible experience in this place On my birthday I went there with my best friend to relax with deep tissue massage. When we left and sat down at the nearest coffee shop we noticed that $600 cash was missing from my girlfriends wallet. We went back, called the police and the owner didn't show any interest nor willingness to help us solving this situation.
