The Woodhouse continues to succeed at providing a relaxing and enjoyable spa day. From the time you enter until you leave the staff is professional, very knowledgable, and friendly. I had a facial with Ashley yesterday and she was terrific. I had the glacial massage and she did a great job. I have rosacea on my cheeks and she gave me some excellent advice. I highly recommend her. Barbara
Sylvia and Stephanie are nail miracle workers! I came in for a manicure after getting my nails absolutely botched by dip at another place, and Sylvia genuinely transformed my nails. They look so lovely and now I’m OBSESSED. Went back the next day for my pedicure and Stephanie was so meticulous and lovely. I won’t go anywhere but Woodhouse to get a mani or pedi. Their service is the BEST!
This is a nice spa. Giving three stars as I just had a facial where they upsold me on scraping my face and removing my facial hair. A bunch of hair was left on my upper and lower lip. For the cost, time should be taken to do it right. I need to wax after this, which defeats the purpose of that treatment. The people are nice, so is the facility. I like the quiet room to wait in. I won't get that upgrade again, but will go back.
