Andrea and her staff were not good. They did things that were questionable at best and they did not know the law when it came to issues that were not straightforward. Andrea did things without asking us and I would never use her in the future. I am an attorney and have my real estate license and I can honestly say that she is not a good closing attorney. Use one of the well known closing attorneys in Charlotte and stay away from the Wood law firm.
