Didn’t even begin to process my loan request when I told them I had started a new business this year. Told me I had “shot myself in the foot” by doing so. I have already over doubled my annual income in just 9 months, I have over 20% to put down, and over 20% in cash reserves. I called another lender and they said Fairway is crazy for not working with me. I agree, but oh well.
Tonja and her company were fantastic from the start of our loan application thru funding. They made our experience stress free.
