Appalling service from start to finish - I ordered plantation shutters with matching sliding doors for my salon. After a lengthy wait to have them arrive from their manufacturer in China and then finally installed, they were too big for the window so had to wait another few months until installation. The runners for the sliding door were screwed onto a white covered plyboard and then screwed onto my new wooden laminate flooring.
