Very nice experience choosing product and placing order. We paid for delivery when placing the order.Received a call from them announcing that our item is ready and "if we want to pick it up".I reminded them that we already paid for it to be delivered. When I started to negotiate day and time of delivery, the woman on the phone commented to the manager that I was being "a pain in the neck".He picked up the phone and we settled delivery date/time.
