I attended the Unpacking Perimenopause workshop with Dr. Pam Thornton at the Womb in Woodstock and it was incredible. She has so much experience as a naturopath and is so passionate about this stage in life for women. This workshop really helped me to understand what is happening to my body and my hormones during this time and what happens after.
