I would not recommend The Wisdom Tree Counseling Services, LLC based on my personal experience. Despite multiple formal requests—via email, voicemail, and an in-person written request—for my child’s therapy records, my requests have been completely ignored. As a legally recognized parent with shared healthcare decision-making rights, I am entitled to these records under HIPAA and Florida law, yet I have received no response.
