Very disappointed
Do not use this firm for any workmen’s comp case, they are not qualified to represent in court. Batello is not an attorney, he is only a negotiator. Take my review extremely serious, they will ignore your calls, emails and certify letters. My partner’s life was turned upside down because of this firm, they simply don’t care for the wellbeing of the client. They should be called “The Looser Lawyer”.. because they will loose you as a client in the process of ignoring all of your calls.

Never returns my phone calls or responds to my emails when you call you will always get this recording " due to the pandemic we are working from home" I'm like really Do not use this office
They dropped the ball on me. Ignored all my calls and emails. Please do not go if you want a responsive attorney
