Any body looking for apartment. I would not recommend Wings of Newport at 2300 Hastings Ave. Newport mn. This place is the bad news. Cops are there all the time. Fire alarms going off almost every day. They go off in the middle of the night. There's kids running up and down the hallways screaming. People yelling and fighting in the hallways.
