Very nice place
When mom moved in it was called The Winfield at Middletown. The facility was small, quaint and homey and they did a great job. Since then, Meadow Falls bought the facility and it rapidly went downhill. 90% of the staff quit and it seems they may have filled their spots with friends and family (can you say nepotism?) At the same time the building flooded and took over 4 months to repair leaving residents unable to use the dining room or the main lobby. Wonderful place thats takes great care of their residents! Crystal, the aide in memory care, is amazing! She takes great care of her patients!!
