I can't believe they told us to give my mother's independent living the 30 day notice and then several days later told us they weren't going to accept her. It will cause us many problems, this is unacceptable.

We were referred to Winfield to care for our parent. Jen, Vikki, Kirsten, Amy, Shay and the rest of the care team are compassionate, knowledgeable and give 110% of themselves! They constantly go above and beyond to help our loved one. We can only imagine how challenging their positions are but you would never know it by the smiles on their faces. We are so grateful and truly appreciate all of their efforts! THANK YOU!!!

Poor service, horrible food, no real care. My parents are currently at this place. I have asked 5 times to have my parents' TV moved down. It is so high on the wall that it kinks your neck when looking at it. I have spoken to the Executive Director, Amy Gartenman and nothings is still being done. My mother has dementia and the food has to be brought to the room and when the food arrives it is cold.
