My mother went there to visit a friend who had phoned her... Once there the staff threw her out and told her not to come back... Her friend was angry the way they treated my mother... It's always important to make informed decisions...
Take your loved ones somewhere else please, they genuinely don’t care about their patients. Staff are inattentive & careless.
My mom has been at the Windsor for 3 weeks now and I’m amazed at the care she gets. First off this place is spotless clean. Staff are really caring and mom says the meals are excellent. We need more places like this in Kingston.
The TCU is deplorable. After speaking angrily with the charge nurse my messages were conveyed to Glennis. She visited my mother and told her I would be thrown out if angry. By the time I travelled, II cooled down, so I was able to have a conversation. My mother was not bathed for 3 weeks. Psw said she said no to bathing, and Glennis said it was her job to believe her staff. Which are absolutely covering their asses.
