the staff are always on their phones. no quality care at all. call bell can ring for an hour while they all have lunch together hiding downstairs. the hourly check in list is a fake, they just sign the whole day at once. physio never comes, even though the patient should have it everyday. the hallways smell of pee badly, no staff watching the vulnerable, only choose this place if you want to send someone to die. neglect is awful. washes come from a foam can everyday, we could keep going on

stole my great grandmother's ring then sold it on facebook marketplace and refused to investigate at all (it was a rare ring from the 60’s and seemed to good of a coincidence that the ring goes missing then appears on marketplace the same week). Place is Horrid, Smells when you walk in, You witness improper transfers from staff, hurting patients. You also witness incompetence, and disregard for your loved ones… and on top of that staff try to talk to you like it’s your first day on earth. NEVER. Send your loved ones here. Ministry should look into recent hires as well.
