I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The hotel was filthy from the moment we arrived — dirty floors, stained sheets, and an overall unclean and poorly maintained environment. The worst part: my partner woke up covered in bites all over his body. It was disgusting and incredibly upsetting. Meant to stay for a few days with my partner, on the arrival we received a card with our room number, entrance code and parking code to be remembered , first night we experienced our body started itching so we checked midnight and it was red marks and rashes all around like bug bites, we complained first thing in the morning and the cleaner says there is no one but owner will be here in an hour, suddenly someone turned up and he says he is the owner, called himself Bryan, a tall man with white hair and ride motorbikes, once ... read more

Thought the room was good for the price until about 5am and the sun was up. The curtains are paper thin so the room was so bright with the littlest amount of sunlight which ruined my sleep. Room was clean but towels were a bit crusty
