The Willows in Fort Erie is wonderful. My disabled brother moved in a month ago and he is already thriving there..He was very isolated living by himself and was starting to seem depressed at times. Not anymore. The staff are totally wonderful and kind with him/ Not just him. I have noticed they are very caring with everyone. They all go above and beyond with guests. Cant even pick a favourite . My mom was there for a short time it was an aweful experience they didn't care about my mom all they cared about was taking her money they will never ever get a good recommendation from us they don't even deserve 1 star
