A wonderful Care Home with the most amazing staff who not only provide fantastic care but also offer sincere support to families.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! We have reported this company to the police for fraud and will also be perusing them through the Courts. They have been ordering products/services from companies and fraudulently using credit/debit cards. After numerous attempts at chasing the money we have found that the business has been using cards to pay for services then claiming the jobs/products/services are fraudulent or for other addresses in the street. Looking for a care home for your parents is probably one of the most disheartening experiences that you will ever have. I had been doing the rounds and was at the point where I honestly didn't believe that such a thing as a nice care home actually existed. Then I found The Willows. My heart lifted as soon as I entered the home. The ambiance of the place was that of a small hotel.
