If you call calling the police on a 75 year old with final stage dementia quality? This is your place. They sent my Father to Assurance in Toledo which is basically a mental hospital to regulate his meds. He fell 6 times and had bruises all over him. Brought him home after removing him. He had dry blood in his noise and the corners of his mouth. He wasn't home 4 days and passed away. Horrible care system.
The Willows is so welcoming. The administration very professional and try to assure your needs are being met. I feel they reflect the quality of the entire organization. An administrator meets daily to confirm the staff are meeting your needs or if change/changes may be required. The nursing staff have to be the best of the best!!! I very much enjoyed my stay at The Willows in Bowling Green. The staff is pleasant and very attentive. The food is top notch. The therapy team kicked my butt to get me up and going again. My thanks to everyone.
