We were doing short-term care. We have used the Willows three times in the last year and a half. The first time we actually had meetings with on call dr and staff. Putting everyone on the same page. But the truth is, I still had to call almost every day and talk to several different people to get them to follow through on things like pain medicine. I love the Willows! Everyone I interacted with provided exceptional service and support. Their mission and goals are superb and really stand out compared to other options.
