The resident we visited is very happy there after his first few weeks but unfortunately for visitors it’s like Fort Knox. Signs on the outer fences keep directing you further around the outside but all the gates are impenetrable unless someone inside gives you the code. We were fortunate to run into someone leaving. When we complained at reception we were told we needed to ring the receptionist. Why couldn’t they write that instruction and the phone number on one of the many signs on the fence ?
