I had hired Monica for a boudoir shoot and that went amazing. Then I hired her again for a family session on June 2nd. She told me originally I'd receive my images back approximately 4 weeks later. During that time she went on vacation and claims her system wasn't working properly, same excuse I had gotten when my boudoir shoot was also delayed. I waited and asked for updates along the way.
