I went here with some friends and got a facial. I booked the active Pureness facial which was 45 min. I went in and as the facial started the girl doing my facial said I don’t have really any acne or blemishes to deal with so she offered me to change to the hydra glow facial. I said yes and then she did it and when I was done I realized I didn’t get my facial started for a bit as she had to get the stuff and by the time it was over it felt so short and she had finished it before an hour and this was after me sitting in the r... read more
Unprofessional front desk staff. Spent a lot of money on a service where it turned into a stressful situation. Would recommend going to a smaller spa where customer service hasn't been lost.
Love coming to this spot, would highly recommend and appreciate all the little things they do to go out of their way.
Great first time experience, the staff are great and the service is premium. I need to go back as often as I can. Would definitely check it out if looking for a good spa in the fraser Valley.
I had an amaxing experience getting a facial recently. The spa was so relaxing and the facial was heavenly. Unfortunately I discovered some sensitivities I didn’t know I had prior but the manager Desiree was so attentive to my issues even though it wasn’t their fault which I so appreciated. I will definitely be back!
