The service from Josh, the owner, as well as his staff is impeccable and I cannot say enough positive about this business. We bought Ratana furniture 3 years ago which we are very pleased with. We did have a problem with one chair which was difficult to identify as it occurred sporadically. Josh made repeated trips to our home in Parksville to repair the problem including changing the mechanical base. They bring in high quality patio furniture, with a great selection to view in the store. However, we placed an order and decided to cancel a day or so later (decided to renovate our deck first). We were told the order had not gone to the factory so no arrangements were yet made. They charged us $240.00 as a credit card return. I then found the exact same sectional and chairs at Design Therapy in Courtenay for $3000 less! Exact same, fabric etc. They delivered for free, they set it up, and they had a hug catalogue selection.

Didn’t go in but it’s beautiful from the outside, and the furniture out front was lovely.
