I have received many facials from Hope in the past few months and I am always impressed. Hope is very professional and listens to my skincare needs and does not hesitate to answer my questions regarding products, the process, and next steps. This is always a comfortable and relaxing experience and I already can’t wait for my next appointment!
Moved their location and did not update their listing. Had no record of my appointment even though I had an email confirmation. No one at the front desk, and weird vibe from folks.
