My wife and I have been shopping at this shop for about 20 years and we love the merchandise the owner carries, plus the owner has always been very nice and helpful to us.
Extremely rude owner. I walked in with my dog Ginger and was trying on what I thought was a choker. The lady came over to tell me it was meant to go around a bottle so I laughed at what an idiot I am and she was not friendly at all. She then told me dogs are not permitted for next time. I took the time to explain that Ginger is a service animal. My dog is extremely well behaved. This part then stunned me.
