Owner refuses to give money back. Have ordered multiple times but getting less items than ordered. When questioned the boutique states their system was incorrect. Hmmmmm. How many times can your system be incorrect? Either use a system that reflects correct inventory, or give customers their hard earned money back! One shouldn’t have to keep ordering (8 months now) & can’t get their money or items!
