even if I was skeptical about online ordering and shipping live fish at first I became a confident regular fan after a series of successful Wet Spot orders of fishes I'd have a hard time obtaining otherwise. And treated by a friendly, cooperative expert staff there

Six beautiful, healthy green tetras and one female German Blue Ram received today in North Carolina all the way from The Wet Spot in Portland, OR. Customer service, fish quality, and shipment packaging are outstanding!
Knowledgeable staff, best selection in town. They were able to get me an aquarium they didn't have in stock for significantly less than I would have had to pay online.
I absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every time I've been, they spend so much time making sure that my fish are happy, even if it means not making a sale. These people are dedicated to what they do and it shows. I haven't found much of a price difference between buying here and buying from some chain online, and the amount of one on one time that you get just goes so far beyond the experience you'll get clicking a button. Stay local and go here!
I have purchased quality fish from The Wet Spot Tropical on 3 different occasions. Each time, I drove down and brought them back home to Seattle. Customer service and fish quality was outstanding! Based on these experiences, I decided to order online instead. My order was a decent number of 18 African cichlids. The process was easy and painless.
