After driving an hour, we had to wait an additional hour ad a half just to get in the store. We return policy is 24 hours. Great. So we got home and one of the fish was missing gills (there's a big gaping hole in its neck). So we called, drove again, returned the fish. At this point I have spent five hours on this. They didn't have another one like it so the manager offered to credit me back. Didn't mention until after the fact that it was a store credit. Ordered a female red tail puffer, I received a male red tail. Not a super big deal but it’s not what I ordered. Have no issues with keeping the male. And have the room for a female also. Emailed them to ask what can be done and they offered a $10 store credit. Wasn’t going to work for me as I have never ordered online before and wasn’t planing on it again. After bieng a very long time customer I will never give a single red penny to the wet spot, my mask was on and fully covering my nose and was threatened to be kicked out for absolutely no reason today. I was amazed at the how many different types of fish they had! I had to start taking pictures just to remember what I liked! Sam, the employee that helped me was wonderful and patient with my not knowing what I want and helping me decide! I am please with the Koi Swordtails, White Fin Tetras and a fancy little placo to help with my tank! If you like all types of freshwater fish, this is the place to come! Healthy and priced fairly!
