Westhill is a beautiful retirement home, inside and out. The inside is very well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful outside. I was outside at an event with my dad recently and the recreational staff took pride in setting up beautifully decorated tables for a sangria tasting event. They make all the events there inviting for residents. They know the names of the residents and engage with them and make them all feel special. Mom spent 3 wonderful years at The Westhill Retirement Residence. All the staff at Westhill from Property Maintenance, PSWs, Nurses, Administration, Dining, Reception and Management were all fabulous and made everyone feel welcomed and loved. Everyone called mom by name, which made her smile. The staff were always cheerful and happy which shows well for management. Thanks Westhill!
A review from my grandmother: "The cooks here cook for themselves not for the people who reside here. Everything is brought in precooked and just reheated. The first seating gets everything and the second seating always runs out. All the food, especially the meat, is overcooked. Veggies are soggy. The housekeepers have no idea how to clean a house.
