We recently moved our semi-disabled mother into The Westhaven, and the experience has been excellent. From the beginning, Oscar, Jo, Cindy, and Ria have been incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. There’s always someone available to answer our questions, and the staff have truly gone the extra mile to help our mother feel at home. My 89 year old aunt moved to the Westhaven almost 2 years ago after checking out other facilities in the Westwood area. She had lived with her husband in their own home for 60 years, and did not want to leave her home or the area after becoming widowed. A friend told her about her new home at the Westhaven. My mother has lived at the Westhaven once 2021. Fantastic place. The director, Oscar leads a dedicated, professional, and caring staff. Together they navigated the difficult pandemic period very well. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.
