Memory care is beautiful, everything is beautiful but it's seems that the residents are bit bored with coloring and bingo. But then most don't know what they doing anyway. Staff are amazing and super friendly. The reason four is because I feel the nurse in staff does more than need to. She not only give meds but attends to more that requires care staff to do not her.
We toured 8 different senior living communities from West Bend to Oconomowic & Dousman before finding the Westerly. The people were kind,informative, and knowledgeable. It had EVERYTHING on my list of "must haves". Close to family, many activities and superb amenities. Only one thing was lacking, but Im hoping they will do something to correct an oversight for disabled residents. We are moving in very soon.
We are planning to move my father into the Westerly this fall. Mara the Executive Director and her team are amazing. We have felt so welcome and she took so much time to make sure we were happy with the big move. The facility is gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic. We could not be happier and excited for this big transition. Having a great team in charge brings a lot of comfort to our family.
