Lovely staff, clean and pleasant environment. Have only used red light therapy so far but plan on trying infrared sauna too. So happy to have found this studio. Easy parking.

Always friendly and helpful staff - willing to support in any way. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Enjoyed my infra-red experience again and felt thoroughly relaxed Thanks team!
1st float @ The Wellness Studio. Studio is very welcoming, fully equipped and clean. Thank you for all the non slip mats in the float room including hand rails. Personally I found the black interior of the pod to be a bit overwhelming for me. Adding to it a bad hip, I found it difficult to get myself out of this style of pod. I may return to try one of the other services on offer at a later date. 2025/2026 Update - have been using the redlight panels for some months and find it very relaxing and in general a better wellbeing... read more
The staff were very nice and friendly. The salt room was a lot smaller than I was used to. It lacked mindful music and it was quite warm in the room, almost uncomfortably warm. The prices were expensive compared to where I normally go. I think it lacked that relaxing atmosphere I’m accustomed to at my normal salt therapy.
